Friends for dinner

Past Sunday we had my very good friend Lisa, her husband Michael and their adorable almost 2-year old daughter Leni over for dinner. Brian and I used to host dinner parties much more often, not so much recently, therefore it was such a pleasure to have friends over for great food and great company. Lisa and Michael are from Berlin, but used to live in LA (where we met). Since they have moved back to Berlin 1.5 years ago, we haven't connected in person. Brian made a super yummy arugula-burrata-prosciutto salad with his own lemon-honey dressing and the main dish was a Lasagne Bolognese Alforno. Lisa brought a white cake with fruits and cream for desert.
